THE "13 STEPS AND OTHER INFO" PROGRAM

THE “13 STEPS AND OTHER INFO” PROGRAM

Quickly sharing my sobriety blog which helped me in my recovery & allows me to maintain it by continuous review & in an effort to help others that aren’t as fortunate as i am in any way: It’s info on psychology, links to other sobriety blogs, recovery info (including an example on how to work the steps effectively), spirituality, & positive affirmations- the link is RECOVERYPOST.BLOGSPOT.COM; again- RECOVERYPOST.BLOGSPOT.COM; & again RECOVERYPOST.BLOGSPOT.COM. No need to suffer from alcoholism in modern times. Thanks. (& don't feel obligated to read every single word- skip over anything you're not interested in). However, I suggest reading over all of the following a few times or more & then continuously again & again. & this blog is only meant to help, so, don’t act like a bitch & mock it. Please don’t be put off by what i’ve writtenwhich can be of great spiritual help, but, if you don’t believe in it please don’t let it deter you from taking advantage of the practical info below.

That is that Jesus Christ is our Lord & Savior & God wants to heal you, make you a better person, & not see you suffer. ASKING FOR SALVATION- "that if you confess with your mouth the Lord Jesus and believe in your heart that God has raised Him from the dead, you will be saved”. Romans 10:92

HOW WE CONTROL & HYPNOTIZE OUR enemies to DISMISS & RESIST them from invading OUR thoughts &/or brainwashing US of from abusing &/or mistreating US.

1. God & angels please prevent & reverse damage done to US: Take vengeance on those that have conspired against us & that try to cause US injury. By the power of Jesus Christ thank you & amen

2. Think to OURSELF mindfully: I’m blocked, defended, guarded, locked, masked, & secured.

3. Think to OURSELF, but, PROJECT into OUR enemies minds w/ OUR PSYCHIC/ TELEPATHIC ABILITIES. We’re foolish, idiotic, ignorant, jerks, morons, pathetic, unwise, & weak. We’ll reverse any bad intention(s) we have towards our adversaries.

4. PLEASE DON’T mess w/ them nor their loved ones OR ELSE WE SUFFER TERRIBLY!

5. God & angels please see to the demise of bigots, communist, racists, sadists, & any
of OUR other enemies. By the power of Jesus Christ thank you & amen.

PRAYER:
God & angels please keep all of US good people affluent, healthy, protected, & stable. By the power of Jesus Christ thank you & amen.

CHARITIES:

The following writings websites are philanthropy, recovery/rehabilitation, psychology, religion & philosophy. Be autonomous & self reliant; nobody should be as concerned as OURSELF about OURSELF. One must take full responsibility for your own life! If you are a Christian or would like to be get a New King James Study Bible from LivingWater.org or write to: The Living Water Project, P.O. Box 2, Glide, Oregon 97443

Sorry if you are offended by what I’m posting but it’s for my own, my family’s, my closest friends’ benefit, & also for strangers if they are potential alcoholics &/or potential narcotics addicts, actual alcoholics &/or narcotics addicts, those that may also have mental illness (alcoholism is sometimes considered a mental illness & is obviously by the way some alcoholics act), or if WE know someone that is any of the above.

I am a Christian but I have reverence for other religions & people of other faiths or no faith. Those are: atheists/ agnostics, nativity, buddhism, hinduism, west pacific tribalism, african tribalism, rastafari, & even judaism, islam, & catholicism. (Although leery of those who worship in & by synagogues of satan; I oppose jihadists; & popes presently & past as well as many cardinals & priests are criminals.)

i’m remorseful & embarrassed for being in jail, rehabs, hospitals, & halfway houses 3-4 years of my adult life. I have been especially ashamed by my boozing & toking over the last 6 years prior to what I know will be the last time... & I am committed to that having been the last time December 2017 that I will be getting sober over the last 30 years being on & off- reaching the depths of self detriment, failings, depravity, & insecurity like nobody’s business.

Thank God I’ve entered into a new epoch of my life w/ out anymore of that. I also went off my psychiatric medication for what will be the last time ever August 2017 to December 2017 when I got arrested for acting crazy w/ out having committed a crime, but the cops reported it as such so I plea bargained to a lesser charge & sentence. Fortunately I’m a veteran & my case ended up in veterans court where i received the most leniency. However, I may not be mentally ill whatsoever because i'm an EMPATH & now knowing that i am one it explains a lot about my past & dealing w/ people that are hostile towards me (empathguide.com).

I think subconsciously I was ashamed for being mentally ill (although possibly only an EMPATH; *see empathguide.com), narcotics addicted, & an alcoholic that I tried mind over matter- not taking my medication for my conditions, [light]
boozing & smoking cannabis- & believing that my religious faith would cure me without further research about myself & my conditions. But God sometimes gives people afflictions WE have to live w/, that are only treated throughout modern medicine/ modern therapy until WE go to heaven. Well, thank God that WE live in an era of effective treatments. As well, thank God I never got arrested or hurt anybody for driving while intoxicated. Yet, the arrest noted above had me serve a long time in jail. Please send prayers that I never spend anymore time in custody, that I stay well mentally, & that I stay sober.

Anyway, “I’m a driver, i’m a winner- things are gonna change! I can feel it.” & if I neglected OUR friendship, offended you, was mean, hurtful, or inappropriate I apologize & i hope I can make it up to you over the next 50 years that i’m consistently sober.

I’m now on a better combination of psychiatric medications & sober. I’ll stay on an effective combo even if it means further adjustments ove the next 5-6 decades (however, i’ll probably get my prescriptions reduced). & I’ll maintain my sobriety for the rest of my life ONE DAY AT A TIME through practical knowledge, actions (good deeds & healthy living- eating & sleeping well, staying hydrated, exercise, vocational & other learning, enjoying work & play), & w/ God’s help. Alcohol & narcotics use from a young age had me addicted for about 4 decades which wrecked my life somewhat. However, I’ll turn things around the second half of my life (50 is the new 30 & i’ll be a multi-millionaire by 65-70 I hope; & I’m trying to make it happen legally). Yet when I die & become an angel I’ll be able to indulge again w/ out consequences & do all the other phenomenal things that come w/ being a Christian (see Section B: “Don’t you want to Become an Angel?”)

I’ve been diagnosed clinically depressed (possibly not; *see empathguide.com), I have treated Bipolar Disorder (possibly not; *see empathguide.com), & I have PTSD from terrible experiences just like anyone else who has had a very bad experience or experiences (which is no big deal; it gets more manageable over time when WE accept it, focus on the good times, & seek treatment by OURSELF or through a professional or books written by professionals in psychology/psychiatry). My mental illnesses were possibly caused from adolescent alcohol & narcotics use or just because (if i even have mental illness). I'm an Empath (empathguide.com
) so I may not be mentally ill at all. Either way my conditions were made worse by indulging in alcohol & narcotics over the years. But toking & boozing also saved my life- preventing me from committing suicide- until the late 2000s through the 20teens when effective medications were finally becoming available.

I wish I had got sober about 10 years ago, but I made excuses to indulge because I was in the grips of alcoholism & narcotics addiction. & old habits die hard plus I may not have been properly medicated yet (THEN AGAIN I MAY NOT EVEN NEED MEDS NOW THAT I KNOW I'M AN EMPATH- I DIDN'T FIND OUT UNTIL I WAS 50 YEARS OLD). But now i'm good, so, no more excuses.

No longer does anyone need to suffer from mental illness because of the very effective psychotropic drugs that are now available. & no longer does anyone need to use alcohol &/or narcotics if they need to or want to stay sober. Having a mental illness or being an EMPATH, overcoming that functionality, & being non compliant w/ the customary ways of A.A. & N.A. (even the meetings can be dull, but go to 2- 3 a month more or less- the more difficult life is the more they are needed & i prefer A.A. over N.A. doing what you can to help others), when an updated version of a recovery program has been created & is more effective is the better way to go. Use The “13 Steps and Other Info” Program below. WE will have no shame or guilt for doing things differently from others & receiving the desired result of long term/life long sobriety & mental stability.

alcoholism &/or narcotics addiction.

14. Social Integration- Belonging

10 Tips For Maintaining Psychological Health:
1. Accept Yourself- A lot of psychology & self-help books tell us to “love ourselves.” It’s not a bad idea. Severe dislike
for oneself is often associated with extreme guilt, shame, & depression. Don’t underestimate the power of believing in your abilities & valuing your uniqueness.
Too often, people lead inauthentic lives that are defined by others as they strive for acceptance. Self-acceptance is a crucial ingredient for motivation & positive emotion, & accepting yourself even leads to more acceptance by others. Accepting yourself is not the same as thinking you are perfect.

2. Strive for Self Determination- When I feel like the captain of my own ship. I’m more interested in life, more excited about life, & more confident. My motivations are a complex mix of the things I truly want for myself & things I’ve adopted from significant others over the years.
Feeling as if I have some control over the decisions that affect me is crucial to psychological health. When I’m in controlling, punitive, or dominating environments, my sense of importance & freedom suffers.
Sometimes you need to adapt to the desires & values of others. In these situations, you can still retain a sense of self-determination if you agree even slightly w/ what you’re adapting to. What if you want to paint your house bright purple, but the city won’t let you? Well, if the officials can agree to lavender, then you probably don’t feel so pushed around. It’s rarely (if ever) a good thing for people to feel like they’re being told what to do when they don’t agree w/ the directive.

3. Stay Connected & Nurture Relationships- Sometimes it seems like modern lives are lonely. Everyone speeds around in their cars or stares into computer screens all day, isolated from other people & busy w/ the details of their own lives. I’ve often felt like I have to sacrifice productivity at work in order to socialize. I hear people make similar comments all the time, “I just don’t have time for friends & family.” Here’s a tip: Make time!
In these times of mega-cities & super-suburbs., it can be hard to stay close to friends & family. The age of the small town filled w/ extended family is all but gone. Small towns are out there , but most people don’t live in them. Despite these conditions, there is a benefit in working to maintain closer proximity to people who matter. The huge growth in mobile phone, Internet, & social media use may reflect both the desire to stay connected & an attempt to do so in a fragmented & fast paced world.
Having friends & family around is nice, but it’s only a good thing if the relationships are good. Some people can’t wait to get as far away from certain people as possible. Feeling emotionally connected & supported by your relationships is just as important, if not more important, than simple proximity. People need intimate relationships that they can count on when times are hard. They need trustworthy romantic partners who value the same things.
Here are some other helpful hints for maintaining good relationships: Practice forgiveness, be tolerant, communicate honesty, express yourself, balance independence w/ dependence, & actually responsibly toward others- & nurture their values, desires, feelings, & wishes.

4. Lend A Helping Hand- When you reach out to others in need, you often get a sense of mastery over my own circumstances, & you’re working to foster positive social conditions. Lending a helping hand helps the intended beneficiaries, & it also helps the individuals who offer the assistance. I won’t mention that there’s a nice tax break in it too. Win, win, win.

5. Find Meaning & Purpose & Work Toward Goals- Feeling like life is meaning less is a hallmark of depression. One of the drawbacks of modern society is the sense of alienation that can come from working day in & day out w/ only the next workday or the next paycheck as a reward.
It’s crucial to have meaningful personal goals. Research consistently finds that the prices if working toward goals is as important as the goals themselves, At tunes gains cab be too lofty, & people can set themselves up for disappointment because they can’t reach them. This defeats the purpose of setting goals in the first place. Realistic & meaningful goals are helpful. Having goals is not the same as being perfectionistic. Perfectionists set themselves up to fail because no one is perfect. Being a little kind to yourself & understanding you’re going to make mistakes in life is part of accepting ourself & it’s good for your psychological health.

6. Find Hope & Maintain Faith- Research has consistently shown that having a deep sense of spiritual faith can be a protective measure for dealing w/ loss, illness, & psychological disorders. When things seem dark, it really helps to have a sense of hope & optimism about the future & a belief that goals can eventually be achieved.
Having a positivity bias helps to override fear & maintain motivation. Being biased in this way is kind of like seeing the world through rose colored glasses. Pessimists may claim that they’re more in touch w/ reality, but a little positive illusion never hurts.

7. Find Flow & Be Engaged- Professional athletes talk about “being in the groove” when they’ve had a good game. Flow is the experience of feeling totally engaged, involved, engrossed, & focused in an activity or experience. Living a happy life is a matter of learning to maximize & control inner experiences in order to feel harmoniously engaged in the activity for its own sake.

8. Enjoy the Beautiful Things in Life- The ability to appreciate beauty is aesthetics. There’s a lot of negativity & ugliness in the world- wars, disease, violence, & degradation are all around. Depressing, right? Being able to appreciate the beautiful things is a saving grace in a world that’s so often unattractive.
The experience of beauty is personal & one that no one else can define for another person. You may see the beauty in a famous painting or the sun shine through the clouds. When I see a well-executed play in football, it brings tears to my eyes. “That’s beautiful, man!” Sniff, sniff.
Even things that are imperfect & complete can be beautiful, particularly if you are a practitioner of the “wabi-sari” worldview derived from Buddhism. Finally, an excuse not to clean the house.

9. Struggle to Overcome; Learn To Let Go- Challenge & adversity are undeniable facts of life. Being able to effectively cope w/ challenges is crucial to maintaining psychological & even physical well-being. Each person has variety of skills & techniques used to cope w/ stress & adversity. Here’s the best general advice for coping w/ control over, & cope passively within situations that you don’t have control over.
Active coping involves taking actions to improve a situation such as looking for a job when you’re fired instead of just saying, “oh well, I guess I just wasn’t meant to have a job.” In situations that you can control, such as many health-related problems, taking action consistently leads to better outcomes & better psychological functioning.
Passive coping involves processes of psychological & emotional acceptance. When a person you love dies, you may run yourself ragged trying to shake or diminish the
feelings of loss & sadness. But eventually, you have to accept the reality of the situation. Accepting reality when you cannot change it is a good example of passive coping. Forgiveness is another one.

10. Don’t Be Afraid To Change- Morihei Ueshiba, founder of the martial art aikido, wrote a book called The Art of Peace. His secret to living a peaceful life was the core principle of Judo: Go w/ the flow! When you are rigid & inflexible, you are more likely to experience resistance & strain yourself in trying to maintain your posture. When you are flexible & willing to change a behavior that is not working, you re more adaptable & better adjusted. It takes courage to change your ways, but it is vital for health & well- being.

The “13 Steps And Other Info” Program
For ANYONE, but w/ a Christian emphasis to overcome alcoholism &/or narcotics addiction based on A.A. & N.A. psychology, psychiatry, religion, & philosophy that is more effective & more advances than what has been previously available.
Copy & paste into an email & send to OURSELF or copy & paste to a word processing file, save, & back up, & print out a copy to keep for OURSELF. Copy by hand & send a copy to family for safe keeping (keep 1 & send 1) if in custody.

Also only share this information w/ people who can keep it private because of the ignorance of staff &/or attendees of a program &/or A.A./ N.A. members who may not approve of this revised info that’s more advances/ more effective than what was written almost 100 years ago. Anyhow, REPETITION of this information is the best way to heal the body & mind (in addition to diet, exercise, enjoying work, vocational learning, & having fun) & to repair damage done to OUR life from substance abuse (in addition to God’s help- as you understand God; & any other practical contemporary or historical knowledge). God helps those that help themselves.

The 13 Steps
1. WE admit that we were powerless over alcohol & narcotics that OUR life had become unmanageable, & that WE were insane for repeatedly indulging in alcohol &/or narcotics, & for considering indulging in alcohol &/or narcotics for having had close calls & consequences. & WE applied The “13 Steps And Other Info” Program to OUR life from OUR first days, weeks, & months of OUR sobriety & a.s.a.p. consistently daily & weekly.

2. a.) WE believer that from knowledge, taking actions (good deeds & healthy living- eating & sleeping well, staying hydrated, exercise, vocational & other learning, enjoying work & play), & w/ God’s help (as you understand God WE could relieve OUR insanity to consider indulging in alcohol &/or narcotics or to actually indulge again. b.) God & angels please help US to be conscientious, pro-active, & relieve OUR insanity to consider indulging in alcohol &/or narcotics or to actually indulge again. By the power of Jesus Christ thank you & amen.

3. a.) WE make a decision to STAY SOBER ONE DAY AT A TIME for the rest of OUR life as WE continue to ask God (as you understand God) to relieve OUR insanity to
consider indulging in alcohol &/or narcotics or to actually indulge again. b.) God & angels please help US to keep OUR decision to STAY SOBER ONE DAY AT A TIME for the rest of OUR LIFE, & not be insane by considering indulging in alcohol &/or narcotics, or to actually indulge again. By the power of Jesus Christ thank you & amen.

4. WE make a searching & fearless personal inventory of OUR life (by print & mentally in 5 year increments from childhood on: Relationships- Romantic, & Family & Friends
[use memory & see Facebook]; Jobs- Cover Letter, Work History & Resume (separate files), & Advice; Close Calls & Consequences; Education- Attendance, Grades, Honors, Self Learning).

5. WE admit to OURSELF & God (as you understand God) the exact nature of OUR wrongs/sins. (Christian confession is between OURSELF & God only.)

6. WE become ready to have OUR defects of character & shortcomings removed.

7. a.) WE ask God (as you understand God) to remove OUR defects of character & shortcoming (defects & shortcoming of OURSELF): unwanted dreams & thoughts, bad & regretful memories, unhappiness & depression, laziness & procrastination, insensitivity & intolerance, undesireableness & unappealing, worry & paranoia, unloveableness & unloving, guilt & shame, misfortune, aggressiveness, disparaging, weakness, inconsiderateness, thoughtlessness, gossiping, boredom, disturbances, insecurities, delusions, jadedness, meanness, neglectfulness, harmfulness, inappropriateness, impoliteness, impatiences, shortsightedness, demons w/ in US &/or demons & fallen angels near US (see Section B: “How To Become A Christian...” & (see below) Scripture: “Exercising Demons”, Scripture: “Sorcerers Liars...”, insanity to consider indulging in alcohol &/or narcotics, or to actually indulge again, cravings, temptations, triggers, & urges, the influence of others indulging in alcohol &/or narcotics, the influence of displays/ shelvings/ ads/ commercials, & the influence of books & magazine articles/videos/T.V./films/music/other media, etc. b.) God & angels please remove OUR defects of character & shortcomings. By the power of Jesus Christ thank you & amen.

8. WE make a list of the good people WE harmed &/or offended & become willing to make amends to them all- OURSELF included first & foremost (see 4th Step Lists). & WE relearn or learn to have a sense of humor & discretion in life to help w/ this step, the previous, & following steps.

9. WE make direct (preferably) or indirect apologies &/or restitution to those good people WE hurt at the right time(s)- when 2 years to however long in life WE could be sober (80+, 70+, 60+, 50+, 40+, etc- assuming WE live to 100 years old approximately). If WE haven’t made all amends & completed The “13 Steps And Other Info” Program by 25 years sober WE will be boozing & doping again then- just kidding. The taking OUR time in making amends shows merit in repaying debts monetarily or otherwise & relieves the pressure of having to make emends immediately & some people not to make amends to them is better than making amends to them. & actually The “13 Steps And Other Info” Program should never be completed, but, utilized indefinitely. But if WE make contact w/ someone on OUR 8th Step List by accident WE
try to make amends then if practical. If an apology &/or restitution is urgent WE make the amends right away. But WE don’t add insult to injury if further harm &/or offense to OURSELF, them, or others will come. (*See 4th & 8th Step Lists.)

10. WE continue to take personal inventory of OUR life (in print & mentally in 5 year increments from childhood on) focussing on the GOOD TIMES, admitting to OURSELF, & if appropriate, to OUR associates & loved ones when WE are or were wrong, & not letting those times involving alcohol &/or narcotics cause US the insanity of considering indulging in alcohol &/or narcotics or to actually indulge again. (See 4th step List). LIFE WAS & IS GREAT, BUT, TOO MANY TIMES IT WAS EXTREMELY BAD FROM INDULGING IN ALCOHOL &/or NARCOTICS.

11. a.) WE seek through prayers & meditations to improve OUR relationship w/ God (as you understand God & to improve OUR life b.) God & angels please make OUR relationships w/ you all better & let US think of things that are advantageous & beneficial to OUR life. By the power of Jesus Christ thank you & amen.

12. WE maintain CONTINUOUS, EVERLASTING, & PERMANENT SOBRIETY, WE use The “13 Steps And Other Info” Program in OUR daily life in order & randomly, & WE try to help potential alcoholics & potential narcotics addicts, actual alcoholics & narcotics addicts, the mentally ill (if pertinent; some alcoholics seem to be mentally ill) & others (if applicable) through OUR experiences, strengths, & hopes w/ out jeopardizing OUR own life.

13. WE decide to experience joy & stay happy, WE smile at adversity, & WE take full responsibility for OUR life (work, bills, relationship, friends & family commitments, & personal mistakes), but WE have fun in sync w/ OUR morality every chance WE get not indulging in alcohol &/or narcotics, so, WE STAY SOBER through it all.

4th Step- Relationships: Romantic & Family & Friends (use memory & see Facebook)- Romantic: List & Notes-w (List under 4th Step & printed note in 10th Step)- List: ( *Asterisks 1-4 shows priority for 8th Step List) & highlighted names are those i had sex with (also part of my 10th step because most scenarios were GOOD TIMES). & because of my insecurity over being an alcoholic & drug user i failed at a lot of potential relationships i could have had on a deeper level.

Part of the reason I have a blue rose tattoo is for the numerous broken hearts I caused & the many times my heart has been broken from leaving them or them leaving me instead of having had long term relationships w/ women except for a couple of times I’m sad to say. I may have a kid or kids I haven’t known or taken care of. I’ll try to track them down if I can, but it may never happen. Therefore, I’ll have to involve myself in children’s & women’s causes either way. You could call me a 250 plus times loser for all the women I’ve dated or had feelings for, having never been seriously involved w/ the vast majority of them nor never married. I’ll make sure I act differently & get to know a woman at length, being involved w/ them monogamously (for many years), because I’m tired of my old ways & I want to be practically married or actually married. I know I’m lovable & very loving from lots of experience but unfortunately alcohol & cannabis & occasionally other drugs got the better of me over the years.

Jobs: Cover Letter, Work History & Resume, & Advice Cover Letter:
[in separate file]- Work History & Resume: [in separate file]- Advice:
Search Indeed.com & have job listings from your keyword search (put as many job titles in as you can thing of) sent to your email daily. Also search LinkedIn if you have skills for employers that post on LInkedIn.com. Search Bing for “companies that hire felons in [your city/state”] & “jobs for felons in [your city/state”] if you have been convicted either rightfully or wrongfully convicted of a serious crime. & see https://fbkpost0.blogspot.com/2018/10/bookmarks.html (*see jobs- most of the companies hiring hire felons; i already did the research). Also, use an employment agency- particularly one that can help you with creating a professional Resume & Cover Letter or multiple Resumes & Cover Letters if you will be applying for various positions, puts you on their email list & can assist you with computer access & any other services.

Prayer:
God & angels please let US have fantastic jobs w/ great pay. By the power of Jesus Christ thank you & amen.

Close Calls & Consequences:
List & Notes- ie 1.( Any order & brief description-
see 4th Step: Relationships, 7th & 8th Steps, 10th Step & Letter “J” from “Other Info: BJKMOTW”.

Education;
(Attendance, Grades, Honors, Self Learning from pre-school to present).

8th Step;
(see asterisk next to names for priority 1-4 * ** *** **** / in separate file)- from 4th Step List

10th Step;
[in separate file]- personal inventory of OUR life (in print & mentally in 5 year increments from childhood on) focussing on the GOOD TIMES, admitting to OURSELF, & if appropriate, to OUR associates & loved ones when WE are or were wrong, & not letting those times involving alcohol &/or narcotics cause US the insanity of considering indulging in alcohol &/or narcotics or to actually indulge again.

*see 10th Step Post for example

Other Info:
BJKMOTW
B. BE SOBER ONE DAY AT A TIME for the rest of our life from knowledge, taking actions (good deeds & healthy living- eating & sleeping good, staying hydrated, exercise, enjoying work & leisure, learning), & w/ God’s help (as you understand God); Be accepting of peoples’ imperfections including OURSELF (but don’t let that be an excuse for US to be incompetent); Be virtuous (out of necessity & to build self esteem- make a long list of personal qualities... *see Step 7 from “The 13 Steps” & use opposites for starters... *see Letter “J” from “Other Info: BJKMOTW” & use opposites for starters).

*see Good Personal Qualities Post

J. Jeopardizing OUR life & livelihood: mental disorders & mental illness, desperation & despair, rudeness & crudeness, weirdness & abnormality, indecency & impropriety, unlearning & unteachableness, unemployment & unemployability, death or injury to others & OURSELF, petty to serious crimes & jail & prison, demoralization, self destruction, homelessness, offensiveness, stagnation, poor choices, loss of finances, psychosis, immaturity, confusion, anti-social behavior, unhygenicness, vulnerability, derangement, black outs, vulgarity, promiscuity, incoherency, stupidity, ugliness, & other serious & sever consequences from indulging in alcohol &/or narcotics.

K. Keep it simple; keep planning ahead- have realistic short term & long term goals; KEEP OURSELF SOBER using The “13 Steps & Other Info” Program & by any other means.

M. Meeting makers make it (2-3 meetings per month more or less depending on good, trying, or bad circumstances- the more difficult life is the more meetings are needed); make meetings count (identify w/ & listen to others & share good information despite what others may disagree w/ US about); make it known privately or openly if WE need help w/ housing (*see below), a job (*see “The 13 Steps” following Step 4 “Jobs, Cover Letter, Work History & Resume, & Advice”) emotional support, or to solve other problems, or to deal w/ issues; maybe WE will get answers or assistance, but, WE may not, so, don’t get discouraged if not (quickly relearn or learn to be self reliant & self-sufficient- look online from home, use library resources, books, & use city / county / state / federal social services); make sure WE STAY SOBER & still improve OUR life; make appointment(s) w/ psychiatrists for psych meds if needed (*see Mental Health Department of your city / county).

Prayer:
God & angels please let US have housing that is affordable w/ amenities WE need & want. By the power of Jesus Christ thank you & amen.

O. ONE DAY AT A TIME; overcome regrets- reconcile them because everyone has made mistakes & some have been possessed by demons &/or fallen angels or have been victims of sorcery of which all are real (*see “The 13 Steps” Step 7, & Scripture 3 “Exercising Demons”, Scripture 5 “Sorcerers, Liars, etc”, & Scripture 6 “Command of Angels”, below in “How To Become A Christian...); one time indulging in alcohol &/or narcotics from now on is too much & a thousand times indulging wouldn’t be enough.

T. Take what you need & leave the rest; take it easy- SOMETIMES GOOD THINGS TAKE A LONG TIME, so, work hard & smart & BE PATIENT; take psychiatric medications if needed (w/ NO SHAME) & stay on them so not to be insane by considering indulging in alcohol &/or narcotics or to actually indulge again or any to be insane in any other way.

W. WE ABSOLUTELY INSIST ON ENJOYING LIFE SOBER; WE TACTFULLY & PEACEFULLY DON’T take gruff from “haters”, detractors, nor naysayers that think their way is the only way to do things; WE try as hard as WE can to STAY SOBER, but, if w/ the unlikely chance WE indulge in alcohol &/or narcotics again WE get sober again knowing WE have matured & become wiser; WE know, however, that [RELAPSE SHOULDN’T OCCUR BECAUSE OF THE OVERWHELMING LIFE JEOPARDIZING, LIFE THREATENING & NEGATIVE POWER OF ALCOHOLISM &/or NARCOTICS ADDICTION]! WE see a psychiatrist if needed for depression or any other mental disorder or illness (w/ NO SHAME- even if WE are already on psych meds & WE get a 2nd or 3rd opinion/follow ups if needed on meds adjustment(s)). WE STAY SOBER, but WE won’t be shamed by anyone nor anybody for a past or present relapse, nor for OUR self-reliance, OUR decency or for being misunderstood because WE are all somewhat smart & unique individuals; WE can be proud to sober up again (as hard or difficult that it may be- tapering off w/ tobacco, cannabis, or alcohol may help, yet, it may not); WE know, again, [RELAPSE SHOULDN’T & DOESN’T HAVE TO OCCUR]!; WE make no excuses to be insane by considering indulging in alcohol &/or narcotics or to actually indulge again once sober; WE should develop better character & higher self- esteem also (*see Step 7 from “The 13 Steps”- use opposites for starters & *see Letter “B” & Letter “J”- use opposites for starters from “Other Info: BJKMOTW”

Prayers:
God & angels please prevent & reverse damage done to US; Take vengeance on those who have conspired against US & that try to cause US injury. By the power of Jesus Christ thank you & amen.

God & angels please see to the demise of bigots, communist, racists, sadists, & any of OUR other enemies. By the power of Jesus Christ thank you & amen.

God & angels please keep all of US good people affluent, healthy, protected, & stable. By the power of Jesus Christ thank you & amen.

God & angels please help US to be conscientious, pro-active, & relieve OUR insanity to consider indulging in alcohol &/or narcotics or to actually indulge again. By the power of Jesus Christ thank you & amen.

God & angels please help US to keep OUR decision to STAY SOBER ONE DAY AT A TIME for the rest of OUR life & not be insane by considering indulging in alcohol &/or narcotics or to actually indulge again. By the power of Jesus Christ thank you & amen.

God & angels please remove OUR defects of character & shortcomings. By the power of Jesus Christ thank you & amen.

God & angels please make OUR relationships w/ you all better & let US think of things that are advantageous & beneficial to OUR life. By the power of Jesus Christ thank you & amen.

God & angels please let US have fantastic jobs w/ great pay. By the power of Jesus Christ thank you & amen.

God & angels please let US have housing that is affordable w/ amenities WE need & want. By the power of Jesus Christ thank you & amen.

BEST A.A. QUOTES: from “Daily Reflections” soft cover book.

BEST NA QUOTES:
from “Just For Today” soft cover book

It is strongly recommended WE read the N.A. Texts Narcotics Anonymous, How It works And Why, Just For Today. (One can purchase all 3 on Amazon.com for $50.) & the A.A. Text Daily Reflections- also available on Amazon.com but read with discretion. If you read any other “program” books use even more discretion (most were written nearly 75-100 years ago, but they still can be helpful just the same; however, so will more recently written books not approved or endorsed by either program such as 12 Stupid Things That Mess Up Recovery- $13 at Amazon.com, 12 More Stupid Things That Mess Up Recovery- $10 at Amazon.com, & 12 Smart things To Do When The Booze And Drugs Are Gone… and there are other books listed on the same page that would be very helpful in your recovery as well; Use The “13 Steps & Other Info” Program most importantly & reference its resources. & if you’re an alcoholic just substitute “alcohol” for whatever narcotic is written about in the N.A. Texts. Yet alcohol is a drug (& most alcoholics have experimented w/ other drugs), & don’t feel compelled to only attend N.A. meetings, or N.A. meetings at all, if WE prefer to only attend A.A. meetings.

If you’re a great person another faith other than Christianity never mind the following! Yet then again? Although atheists, agnostics, satanists, illuminatis, wiccans, masons, zionists, & other occultists should repent!

How to become a Christian, receive eternal life, & eternal riches instead of eternity in hell when Revelation comes.
1. ASKING FOR SALVATION- "that if you confess with your mouth the Lord
Jesus and believe in your heart that God has raised Him from the dead, you will be saved”. Romans 10:92.

2. BLOTTING OUT OUR SINS-
I, even I, am he that blotteth out thy transgressions for mine own sake, and will not remember thy sins. Isiah 43:25

3. EXORCISING DEMONS- When an unclean spirit goes out of a
man, he goes through dry places, seeking rest, and finds none. Then he says, ‘I will return to my house from which I came.’ And when he comes, he finds it empty, swept,
and put in order.
Then he goes and takes with him seven other spirits more wicked than himself, and they enter and dwell there; and the last state of that man is worse than the first. So shall it also be with this wicked generation.” (Matthew 12: 43-45) SO DON’T BE A WICKED PERSON!

4. RESIST THE DEVIL [& DEMONS & FALLEN ANGELS]-
Submit yourselves therefore to God. Resist the devil, and he will flee from you. James 4:7

5. COMMAND OF ANGELS-
For he shall give his angels charge over thee, to keep thee in all thy ways. Psalm 91:11

6. SORCERERS, LIARS, ETC.- 1 Corinthians 6:9 Do you not know that the wicked will not inherit the kingdom of God? Do not be deceived: Neither the sexually immoral, nor idolaters, nor adulterers, nor men [or women] who submit to or perform homosexual acts. -Although some people are born gay & can still go to heaven if they believe in Jesus Christ as their lord & savior, but most gays choose the lifestyle by bad influences in their lives].

Revelation 21:8
But for the cowardly and unbelieving and abominable and murderers and immoral persons and sorcerers and idolaters and all liars, their part will be in the lake that burns with fire and brimstone, which is the second death."

7. THE TEN COMMANDMENTS-
1. I am the Lord thy God, which have brought thee out of the land of Egypt,
out of the house of bondage.
2. Thou shalt have no other gods before me
3. Thou shalt not make unto thee any graven image
4. Thou shalt not take the name of the Lord thy God in vain
5. Remember the sabbath day, to keep it holy
6. Honour thy father and thy mother
7. Thou shalt not kill
8. Thou shalt not commit adultery
9. Thou shalt not bear false witness against thy neighbour
10. Thou shalt not covet
(neighbor's house, wife, servants, animals, or anything else)Exodus 20:1-17Deuteronomy 5:4-21

8. CREATED IN HIS IMAGE- So God created man in his own image, in the image of God created he him; male and female created he them. Genesis 1:27All of the above scripture ESV / NKJV

WE believe not all scripture is original in present bibles because of the catholic church & those in cahoots w/ it having have re-written parts of The Bible in particular during The Crusades over 600 years. This is briefly noted in the book Revelation so that they could cover up their crimes against humanity. However, God would not let too much be altered. & the re-writes make true Christians more discerning.

Don’t you want to become an angel? i do! Jesus saves! Ask him out loud to come into your life, that you believe him to be the Son of God & Lord & Savior of All Creation than adhere to scripture, The Ten Commandments, & you’ll then be able to join those that have already become Angels when they died.

You’ll have eternal life, unlimited wealth, the ability to inhabit anyone, animals, or extraterrestrials; you’ll be able to travel through time, space, & any dimension; take any form & be guardian of good hearted souls.

Salvation can also be obtained by masons, zionists, wiccans, illuminates, satanists, people of other faiths, atheists, & agnostics. Yet, everyone is still liable for their sins. You may be possessed &/or followed by demons & fallen angels or you may have been a victim of sorcery (all very real- *see below to exercise demons & overcome spells).

LIST OF POSITIVE COPING THOUGHTS

Never stop being a great person because of bad people.

Mistakes happen; nobody is perfect.

This situation won't last forever.

I've already been through many other painful experiences & I've survived.

My feelings make me uncomfortable right now, but I can accept them.

I can be anxious & still deal w/ the situation.

I'm strong enough to handle what is happening to me right now.

This is an opportunity for me to learn how to cope.

I can ride this out & not let it get to me.

I can take all the time I need right now to let go & relax.

I've survived other situations like this before & I'll survive this one too.

My anxiety/sadness won't kill me; it just doesn't feel good right now.

Those are just my feelings & eventually they will go away.

It's ok to feel sad/anxious sometimes.

I'm not in danger right now.

So what!

This situation sucks, but it's only temporary.

I'm strong & I can deal w/ this.

I work hard & it pays off.

I am a healthy & positive person.

I can have a craving, temptation, or urge w/ out acting on it.

I can disagree w/ out being disagreeable.

I have positive realistic goals i want to accomplish.

I am always doing the best I can.

I am capable of changing my behavior(s) that I don’t like.

I can stay in control of myself as long as I am relaxed.

I can stay sober.

I calm down first instead of acting on my anger.

I give myself credit for the little things I accomplish each day.

Don’t ignore your urges, temptations, or cravings.

Don’t live on the edge.

Always have something to do.

Carry phone numbers of people that are sober & reliable in supporting your sobriety.

Have goals!- short term & long term.

Eat & sleep properly

Don’t think of using alcohol &/or narcotics as fun.

Don’t feel sorry for yourself.

Take personal responsibility.

Don’t hang onto resentment.

Care about yourself & others.

A great future doesn’t require a great past.

Just placate, avoid, & ignore the weird. creepy, mentally unstable, attitudinally immature, obnoxious, despicable, toxic, ignorant, or bad people.

Be strong, but not rude; be kind, but not weak; be humble but not timid.

Set goals, stay quite about them, smash them, clap for yourself, repeat.

Trust the vibes you get, energy doesn’t lie.

You are your only limit.

Never a loss always a lesson.

Distance yourself from people who: 1.) Lie to you. 2.) Disrespect you. 3.) Use you. 4.) Insult you.

Bad energy scares the money away.

When they can’t find anything wrong w/ you they create it; don’t accept their opinions.

They'll only bring up your troubled past when they are jealous of your great present & you're expected fantastic future.

Side effects of focus: 1.) Less drama. 2.) Accomplishment. 3.) Abundance. 4.) The life you deserve.

People who are negative are either lonely, broke, bored, or all three.

The things I used to trip on I walk over now.

How to starve a narcissist: 1.) No emotion. 2.) Short responses. 3.) Minimal interaction. 4.) No contact.

It’s your life: Don’t let anyone nor anybody make you feel guilty for living it your way.

Control your fears, build your self-esteem, radiate positivity, & the world will be yours.

Not everyone cares; work harder.

Some people will try to break you- doh’t let them.

I was born to win.

No one is you & that is your power.

Dreams only become true if we work for them to happen.

Never be a prisoner of your past- it was just a lesson not a life sentence.

Be an encourager- the world has too many critics already.

Work hard & be nice to people.

Hustle until haters want to copy you.

The only cure for the struggle is to hustle.

My time is very valuable- i won’t let others waste it.

It’s not what we do once in a while that shapes our lives but what we do consistently.

Be strong when you are weak, brave when you are scared, & humble when you are victorious.

A consistent hunger for success will ultimately lead to it.

Visualize yourself doing the right things for yourself & others & work towards that.

Associate w/ the mentally, physically, & financially stable.

Even the nicest people have their limits. Don't push them too far & don't try to reach those limits because the nicest people can also be the scariest a-holes once they've had enough.

Being happy doesn't mean that everything is perfect. It means you've decided to look beyond the imperfections.

8 Things to remember when going through tough times: 1.) Everything can- & will- change. 2.) You’ve overcome challenges before. 3.) It’s a learning experience. 4.) Not getting what you want can be a blessing. 5.) Allow yourself to have some fun. 6.) Being kind to yourself is the best medicine. 7.) Other people’s negativity isn’t worth worrying about. 8.) & there is always, always something to be thankful about.

Have mental happy places & fight to be there.

Forgive yourself for mistakes you have made.

Defense Mechanism:
Reaction Formation- Doing the opposite of what you would really like to do; ie. going out
of your way to be nice to someone you really dislike.

Sobriety Anniversary Speech:
Hi- i’m Shawn... recovered alcoholic & ex drug user; i’m PERMANENTLY sober and won’t use alcohol nor narcotics again! I’m a great person sober that can live up to high standards unlike when I was intoxicated.

i'm having the group give me the candle(s) instead of my friends for fear of embarrassing them in what i have to say:

Jesus Christ is our Lord & Savior. & God brings good luck- prayers are answered if we do our part (work towards reasonable short term & long term goals w/ out giving up). draw closer to God & He'll draw closer to you.

I recommend reading the stories in the back of the "Big Book" but I think the first 164 pages are MOSTLY, BUT NOT TOTALLY, CATHOLIC NONSENSE & very depressing. we're better off studying the 12 steps in the12 & 12, Dr. Bob & the Good Oldtimers, the N.A textbooks which you can get at amazon.com (even if you don't attend N.A. meetings- i don't). & i strongly recommend going on amazon.com & getting books on recovery from alcoholism & addiction by Ph.Ds/doctors in addiction science. someone needs to say what i've said…

haters be damned! everyone else- KEEP GOING TO MEETINGS THAT WORK FOR YOU, take it ONE DAY AT A TIME, & KEEP YOUR LIFE AS SIMPLE AS POSSIBLE as complex as it may be & try not to get overwhelmed!

be a great person, don't stress over mistakes- we all make them (nobody's perfect), think positive, take care of your physical, mental, & emotional health, have fun & be happy. God bless & keep the faith. & go to my sobriety blog- info on recovery, psychology, spirituality, & positive affirmations there: RECOVERYPOST.BLOGSPOT.COM again- RECOVERYPOST.BLOGSPOT.COM & again RECOVERYPOST.BLOGSPOT.COM leaving you w/ this quote: "the thing about smart motherfuckers is they sound like crazy motherfuckers to dumb motherfuckers!" PEACE! & Thanks.

Medications: (although because I'm an Empath empathguide.com- for an overview I may not even need to take meds, but i'm on a doctor's recommendation since i've had problems in the past mostly because i'm an Empath; & depakote helps me stay calm as well as a monthly shot of invega sustena, zoloft prevents me from being depressed, & seroquel helps me sleep).
1. Invega Sustena: 234 mg IM(Intra Muscularly) every 4 weeks (probably for overall clarity of thought & preventing any bipolar symptoms- probably not necesarry because i'm an empath & not actually bipolar)
2. Depakote: 100mg daily (helps keep my thoughts clear, but probably not necessary because i'm an empath & not actually bipolar)
3. Seroquel 75 mg nightly (but only if i can't sleep & i may switch to Respiradol becasause Seroquel makes one very drousy in the morning, but because i understand how empathic ability works i can now block out any distractions from going to sleep at the end of the day & probably not necessary because i'm an empath & not actually bipolar)
4: Zoloft 100 mg daily (for preventing depression but probably not necessary because i'm an empath & not actually bipolar)

UNTIL I LOSE SOME WEIGHT I'LL KEEP TAKING THESE MEDS.
Diabetes Type 2 Medications

1. Glipacide: 5mg daily
2. Medformin: 2000 mg daily
